Mame Plus ash build problem

I have a problem in mame plus
Before Mame i was using neorage emulator but for hacks I Need this
I have download mame ash build 0.131 it run other arcade game but not neogeo games
I have insert all neogeo bios in its directory
but it always gave msg
Lo.loooo incorect length
sfix.sfix wrong checksum
and other bios error
Tell me what I have to do
Or upload your working mame plus 0.131
